Your day will involve ensuring station mise en place is perfectly prepped and organized, executing excellence in cooking and timing, and collaborating seamlessly with expediters and culinary leaders. Whether gathering pre- and post-show crowds or catching up with friends, you will be at the center of the New York City hustle.
