- check_circleSolve technical problems using first-principles reasoning and root-cause analysis
- check_circleApply GD&T principles and perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure quality standards
- check_circleLead DFMEA development and validate requirements with DVP&R
- check_circleManage Tier 1 supplier relationships including RFQ documentation and design reviews
- check_circleExecute engineering change management and maintain accurate Bills of Materials
- check_circleCreate and manage 3D and 2D data using Catia V6
- check_circleAlign engineering deliverables with commercial program targets including cost and timing
Requirements
- verifiedBachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- verified2-3+ years of Exterior/interior Lamp development at a Tier 1 or OEM
- verifiedProficiency in CATIA V5/V6
- verifiedAbility to design injection molded parts
- verifiedUnderstanding of methods for fixing plastic components together
