About the Role
Lifeguards play a crucial role in the safety and health of the DU community. In this position, you will be responsible for preventing and responding to emergencies quickly and appropriately, as well as enforcing rules and regulations to prevent incidents from arising. Your day-to-day duties include performing daily maintenance tasks to ensure the safety of patrons and facilities, and attending scheduled quarterly in-services to maintain proper training.
This is a non-benefited position with flexible shifts available from 7:45 am to 8:30 pm, including weekends and holidays. The role is not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.
