About the Role
We are seeking coachable, disciplined, and passionate individuals to serve as remote life insurance sales representatives. This role exists to help clients who have proactively reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. You will partner with families to review their options, guide them through the application process, and ensure they achieve their financial goals.
As a fully remote position, you will utilize data-driven systems and cutting-edge lead generation tools to connect quickly with warm leads. Agents typically assist 3 to 5 families each week, earning an average of $300 to $500 per family. Because this is a 100% commission-based role, there is no cap on your earnings potential.
Who We Are Looking For
We value honesty, confidence, and a genuine desire to help others. While you must be a US citizen, you do not need to be currently licensed; if you have the desire to learn the business, we provide full training and mentorship to guide you through the licensing process. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently with a computer, phone, and reliable internet connection. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences.
