About the Role

As a Part Time Life Enrichment Assistant, you will be the heart of our community, transforming daily routines into moments of connection. You will develop monthly activity calendars and host interactive programs designed to inspire participation and spark joy. Your day will involve fostering positive relationships between residents, families, and local organizations, while ensuring our activity spaces are welcoming and well-maintained.

In this role, you will also support community celebrations and special outings. When needed, you will provide safe transportation for residents to appointments and events, utilizing your local area knowledge to navigate the community. This position is ideal for someone who is team-oriented, professional, and deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of seniors.
