About the Role
Join our team as a Retail Sales Associate to play a key role in delivering WOW! Customer Service by exceeding expectations and making a real difference for our customers. This role is vital for driving sales, maintaining store operations, and fostering a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.
You will engage with customers to provide trustworthy automotive advice, collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment, and recommend products and promotions to enhance the customer experience. From restocking merchandise and maintaining organization to using diagnostic tools to read vehicle codes and recommend solutions, you will be the expert face of the store. This position offers great opportunities for growth for those passionate about automotive parts, teamwork, or sales.

Requirements
