We are seeking compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to deliver personalized, one-on-one care at patients' homes. This role is designed for nurses who want to make a meaningful difference on their own terms. Whether you are seeking flexible shifts or long-term patient assignments, you will focus on building meaningful connections with a single patient while delivering high-quality, skilled nursing care under RN supervision.
You will work in a supportive environment where technology aids your workflow; each home is equipped with a tablet for seamless electronic documentation. You will have access to 24/7 on-call clinical and operational support from local teams, ensuring you are never alone in your practice. To join our team, please submit your application with your active, unencumbered LVN license. We provide training assistance for CPR certification if needed and require a TB test within the past 12 months. Once selected, you will be matched with patients based on your availability and preferences for full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts.
