We are hiring a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) for our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) department. In this role, you will be responsible for the nursing needs of residents while actively incorporating our "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." Your mission is to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing them to participate in the resident's daily life rhythm. You will help develop assignments in coordination with care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction.
