About the Role

We are seeking licensed clinicians in Dover, Delaware, to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. You will partner with a vibrant community of more than 2,700 licensed providers to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care. Being a clinician can feel isolating, especially in a telehealth world, but we are built to ensure it doesn't. You will have access to live clinical support, monthly case consultations, and a supportive environment where all clinical leadership is promoted from within.

In this role, you will focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. We handle the administrative work—including credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can dedicate your energy to your clients. You will build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing, with flexible scheduling available seven days a week.
