About the Role

We are seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Paramus, NJ. This role is designed for those ready to make a difference and grow with us. We value clinicians who appreciate autonomy while enjoying the support of a collaborative team. The position offers a clear path for career growth, including opportunities for clinical leadership and supervisory roles.

Clinicians in this role will benefit from a supportive environment where we handle the administrative heavy lifting—credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing—so you can focus entirely on care. You will join a vibrant clinical community with monthly peer consultations and professional development opportunities. Additionally, there is a competitive ramp stipend available for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week.
