About the Role

This opportunity is designed for licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners who want to build a flexible private practice on their own terms. Whether you are looking to launch a new practice, expand an existing one, or see patients alongside a full-time job, Headway provides the infrastructure to make it happen.

As an independent contractor, you retain full autonomy over your practice. You decide your schedule, manage your caseload, and choose whether to see patients in-person or remotely via telehealth. The role exists to remove the friction of insurance navigation and administrative overhead, allowing you to boost your earnings and focus entirely on patient care.

How to Apply

We are excited to help you get started if you are a fully-licensed, ANCC or AANP board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. To join the Headway community, you must possess a valid NPI number, malpractice insurance, a DEA or CDS number, and CAQH credentials.

Please note that we are currently unable to service mental health professionals who are not fully licensed. If your application is rejected due to incomplete licensure, you are welcome to reapply once you have obtained a valid license.
