As a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Agent, you will bring humanity to business by serving as a trusted advocate for pet insurance. This role is designed for those who love pets and have a passion for helping pet parents make informed decisions. You will combine empathy with consultative sales to guide customers toward coverage that fits their specific needs, delivering peace of mind to families and their furry companions.
In this position, you will take a needs-based approach to every interaction. Your day will involve listening carefully to customers, clearly explaining product features and coverage options, and guiding them step-by-step through the application and enrollment process. You will identify opportunities to recommend additional or alternative solutions, using thoughtful upselling and cross-selling to maximize value for the customer. Whether you are educating, recommending solutions, or resolving questions with care, you will play a key role in ensuring customers know exactly what they are choosing.
You will report to a Team Lead and contribute directly to the success of the customer experience and the overall team. This is a hybrid role based in Tempe, AZ, offering the opportunity to work from home several days per week following training. All required equipment is provided, though reliable internet access is necessary. The schedule features business-to-business hours, Monday through Friday, allowing you to take your weekends back.
