About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be a vital partner in administering nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. Your day-to-day involves working closely with physicians and colleagues to ensure patient comfort and recovery.

You will provide nursing care based on physician orders and treatment plans, conducting assessments and administering medications and treatments. A key part of your responsibilities includes monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in patient conditions, as well as operating medical equipment and assisting with patient mobility and daily activities. Additionally, you will play an educational role by guiding patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment.
