About the Role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will work closely with physicians and colleagues to administer nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. Your day-to-day involves conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring changes in patient conditions to ensure their comfort and safety. You will also play a vital role in educating patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration while maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive healthcare environment.
