About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to administer nursing care tailored to patient needs, ensuring their comfort and aiding in their physical and emotional well-being.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing nursing care based on physician orders and treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and administering medications and treatments. You will monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, while also operating medical equipment and assisting with patient mobility and daily activities. Additionally, you will play a key role in educating patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment.
