About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to administer nursing care tailored to specific patient needs. Your day-to-day involves conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments based on physician orders, and monitoring changes in patient conditions. You will also operate medical equipment, assist with patient mobility and daily activities, and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration. A key part of your contribution is maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment while providing critical thinking and problem-solving support to the team.
