About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to administer nursing care tailored to specific patient needs. Your focus will be on ensuring patient comfort and aiding in their physical and emotional well-being.
You will provide nursing care based on physician orders and treatment plans, conducting patient assessments and administering necessary medications and treatments. A key part of your day involves monitoring, recording, and reporting symptoms and changes in patients' conditions, as well as operating medical equipment and assisting with patient mobility and daily activities. Additionally, you will play a vital role in educating patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration, all while maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment.
