About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will be a vital partner in administering nursing care tailored to individual patient needs. Your day will involve conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments based on physician orders, and monitoring symptoms to report changes in patient conditions. You will also operate medical equipment, assist with patient mobility and daily activities, and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration. The ideal candidate thrives in a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment, utilizing strong critical thinking and communication skills to foster patient comfort and recovery.
