About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to administer nursing care tailored to patient needs, ensuring their comfort and aiding in their physical and emotional well-being. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing nursing care based on physician orders, conducting patient assessments, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring changes in patient conditions. You will also operate medical equipment, assist with patient mobility and daily activities, and educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health restoration. Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable healthcare environment is a key part of your contribution.
