This position is designed to support, implement, and monitor nursing care in a timely and accurate manner. You will function within a medical/surgical unit serving a diverse patient population ranging from infants to seniors. The role requires the ability to work well under pressure, functioning both dependently and independently while applying basic nursing knowledge to a variety of settings.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for revising patient care plans, assisting with patient teaching and discharge needs, and monitoring patient conditions to evaluate responses to treatment. You will maintain a healing and therapeutic environment, ensuring that all treatments, procedures, and equipment are handled safely in accordance with hospital policies. Your work will directly contribute to the professionalism, cleanliness, and safety that define our patient experience.
