The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) covers multiple Urology offices in the Fairfield region, bringing variety to your workday and the chance to collaborate across multiple teams and communities. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider, you will provide quality and cost-effective direct care for patients and families.
