About the Role
Join our talented Licensed Practical Nurse team to create meaningful, personalized experiences. You will partner with members of the interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care. Your day will involve documenting resident conditions and nursing needs accurately, developing and monitoring nursing assistant assignments, and executing treatments while charting reactions to medications. You will also facilitate communication with families regarding changes in medications or resident status and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure quality customer service.

Requirements
