About the Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be the heart of our bedside care, working under the supervision of RNs and physicians to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and well-being. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and compassionate support, ensuring that every patient and family feels heard and cared for.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Your day will involve administering medications, monitoring vital signs, managing wound care, and providing essential education to patients and their families. You will utilize advanced technology to maintain accurate electronic health records and support smooth care transitions, from admissions to discharges.
