Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute treatments and document reactions to medications and treatments
- check_circleInitiate physician orders and facilitate communication with families regarding changes
- check_circleCoordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to deliver quality customer service
- check_circleDevelop, direct, and monitor nursing assistant assignments based on census and care levels
- check_circleParticipate with interdisciplinary team to review, plan, coordinate, and evaluate resident care
- check_circleDocument resident conditions and nursing needs accurately and in a timely manner
- check_circleEstablish protocols to ensure care plans are continually reviewed for updated and accurate data
- check_circleGenerate, prepare, administer, and chart all medications
