About the Role

As a Center Medical Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of millions of people by ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our plasma donors. This position is designed for those looking for something different, where your clinical skill set and experience are highly valued.

In this role, you will build rapport with donors to ensure an overall positive customer experience while performing physical examinations and establishing medical histories to determine donor suitability. You will be responsible for donor education regarding general health, counseling on test results, and managing donor injuries or adverse events. Additionally, you will assist in employee training and administer the Hepatitis Vaccine program, all while maintaining strict confidentiality and awareness of potential hazards.
