About the Role
In this position, you will provide essential nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients under the supervision of registered nurses and doctors. This role is designed for individuals who possess a patient-centered approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and specialists. You will be the bridge between clinical treatment and patient well-being, responsible for monitoring symptoms, administering medications, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a vital role in educating patients about health maintenance and disease prevention. Your work will also involve providing emotional support to patients and their families, helping them navigate their healthcare journey with compassion and patience. Success in this role requires critical thinking skills to make timely decisions in a fast-paced setting, as well as proficiency with medical software and electronic health records.
