About the Role
As a Therapist on our team, you will practice in a personalized and sustainable way, delivering tailored outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse local communities. You will conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments and develop comprehensive crisis, safety, and wellness plans to empower clients on their journey to healing.
Your work will be part of a holistic approach, involving active collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and fellow therapists. You will contribute your expertise to case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning, ensuring the highest standards of professional responsibility while maintaining confidentiality and ethical practice.
