As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in the care of our diverse client base. This role exists to deliver high-quality, individualized therapy that addresses the unique needs of each person. You will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT.
Your day will involve conducting individual psychotherapy sessions, monitoring client progress, and implementing crisis intervention and safety planning when necessary. Beyond direct clinical care, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families—to coordinate holistic care. You will also play a key role in educating clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and community resources. We are looking for a licensed professional (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent) with a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
