New Directions Mental Health is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based outpatient care to children, adolescents, and adults. Our mission is rooted in empathy, professional growth, and creating meaningful impact within the mental health community. We foster a supportive, team-oriented environment where providers can thrive while optimizing client outcomes through collaborative care.
As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will serve as a vital partner in our multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality individual outpatient therapy. This role exists to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and holistic client support, ensuring that every individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique needs.
In this position, you will conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as CBT and DBT. Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with psychiatrists, primary care providers, schools, and families to coordinate seamless client care. You will also lead risk assessments, implement crisis interventions when necessary, and educate clients and families on coping strategies and community resources. Beyond direct clinical work, you will engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to continuously enhance your skills and the quality of care we provide.
We value transparency and respect for your time. Our interview process is designed to assess both clinical expertise and cultural fit within our empathetic team. While specific steps may vary, candidates can generally expect an initial conversation to discuss qualifications and experience, followed by a deeper dive into clinical scenarios and team alignment. We look forward to learning about your approach to mental health care and how you might contribute to our mission.
New Directions Mental Health is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability. Join a culture that champions diversity and strives to reflect the communities we serve.
