About the Role

As an EAP Counselor within our Workplace Solutions division, you will serve as a vital support pillar for our employees, their spouses, and dependents. Your mission is to provide immediate, in-the-moment intake, assessment, and brief, solution-focused counseling to help individuals navigate personal and work-related challenges. Unlike traditional case management, your focus is on delivering meaningful impact in the moment, guiding clients through short-term problem-solving and connecting them with the right local resources for ongoing care.

You will operate within a structured, call-queue environment, answering incoming calls from HR partners and employees alike. Your day involves empathetically guiding callers through difficult situations, collaborating on actionable plans, and expanding our service network by identifying and contracting with new providers.
