About the Role

We are seeking motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. As a Design Consultant, you will conduct sales presentations at pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes. Your role is to provide homeowners with all the necessary information to make same-day decisions regarding their gutter protection needs.

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position eliminates cold calling, sweepstakes giveaways, and unqualified leads. Instead, you will engage with real people who have already confirmed their interest. You will travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments to perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations. We value honesty and integrity, guiding you through a proven value-based selling process.

We offer flexibility on a weekly basis, though evening and weekend availability is required to accommodate homeowner schedules.
