About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working critical thinker to join our team as an IT Level 2 Support/Network Engineer Subcontractor. In this position, you will maintain the technical needs for a wide array of organizations, ensuring that no two days are ever the same. You will serve as a vital link between our clients and our technical solutions, providing exceptional service both onsite and remotely.

Your day will involve resolving assigned incidents and requests in a timely manner, communicating effectively with clients throughout the resolution process, and documenting every step. You will troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and network issues, while also installing, upgrading, and maintaining operating systems and peripherals. Beyond technical execution, you will review user needs and make strategic recommendations to maintain or expand service levels. As part of our learning organization, you will grow by researching independently and collaborating with seasoned engineers on new projects.
