This role is designed to bridge the gap between complex legal technology and the professionals who use it daily. You will be the catalyst for technological proficiency, ensuring our attorneys and staff can leverage tools like NetDocuments, Litera, and InTapp to their full potential.
In this fast-paced, technologically driven environment, you will go beyond standard instruction. You will craft comprehensive learning plans, design engaging e-learning modules, and manage the configuration of firm applications to ensure they are intuitive and user-friendly. Your work will directly impact the firm's efficiency and success by fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical mastery.
