We are seeking a Legal Research Analyst to support the U.S. Attorney's Office, District of Arizona (USAO-AZ) in Tucson. In this capacity, you will partner with Assistant United States Attorneys (AUSAs) to advance critical civil litigation, habeas corpus, and immigration habeas matters. This position offers a stable, full-time opportunity within the U.S. Department of Justice, providing a competitive environment for legal professionals dedicated to federal service.
This is an on-site role located in Tucson, AZ (85701). Telework is not authorized for this position. The primary workstation is situated in a low-to-moderate noise office environment. The role requires regular sitting and the use of standard office equipment, including computers and filing systems.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens and are required to successfully complete a Tier II Civil background investigation. The position is exempt and requires a valid state driver's license. While travel within the district or occasionally outside may be necessary, relocation benefits are not available.
