About the Role
As a Legal Counsel – Litigation, you will be an early-career attorney providing foundational legal support across multiple divisions and state jurisdictions. This role is designed to empower you to build your future by handling pre-litigation and minor litigation matters while developing your legal judgment under senior guidance.
In this position, you will partner with business teams to address routine issues, respond to inbound claims and demands, and manage trade partner disputes. You will conduct legal research, prepare memoranda, and assist in managing external law firms to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality support.
