Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDraft and maintain compliance policies for healthcare, anti-corruption, and AML
  • check_circleConduct annual Anti-Corruption and Antitrust self-audits and promote compliance awareness
  • check_circleCollaborate on investigations and policy audits with Compliance team
  • check_circleAdvise subsidiaries on healthcare and anti-corruption policies
  • check_circleSupport transparency data collection and reporting per Sunshine Act
  • check_circleSupport HIPAA Privacy Officer with healthcare and privacy responsibilities
  • check_circleDevelop and implement medical device compliance programs aligned with OIG guidance
  • check_circleConduct compliance risk analysis and develop mitigation action plans
  • check_circleConduct pre-acquisition due diligence for new healthcare businesses and integration planning
  • check_circleManage compliance training on codes of conduct and relevant regulations
  • check_circlePerform transaction monitoring and third-party due diligence reviews
  • check_circleReview grants, sponsorships, and FMV requests for regulatory compliance

Requirements

  • verifiedJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with admittance in good standing to at least one state bar
  • verifiedMinimum of 3 years of healthcare compliance experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry.
  • verifiedMinimum of 5 years of Anti-Corruption compliance experience.
  • verifiedCertified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) preferred
  • verifiedKnowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
