About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Analyst II to support our Transactional Legal Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. You will work closely with internal leadership and staff to assist in managing processes, maintain organization, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
In this position, you will bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and be confident in being appropriately assertive when managing responsibilities, communicating expectations, and driving tasks to completion. You will partner with attorneys and leadership to help prioritize workloads, coordinate with opposing counsel and third parties, and identify opportunities to improve processes. The role requires a professional who can effectively filter relevant legal matters, manage complex calendars, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleReview, organize, and track legal documents including contracts, leases, and correspondence
- check_circleManage deadlines and ensure timely completion of legal tasks and deliverables
- check_circleCoordinate meetings, calls, and communications with internal stakeholders and external parties
- check_circleAssist in preparing, sending, and tracking legal correspondence
- check_circleCommunicate with opposing counsel, law firms, and third parties as needed
- check_circleSupport attorneys and leadership by helping prioritize and manage workload
- check_circleIdentify opportunities to improve processes and implement organizational structures
- check_circleMonitor email communications and filter relevant legal matters effectively
- check_circleAssist with coordination related to litigation matters, including scheduling and documentation
Requirements
- verified2-5 years of experience supporting legal or corporate teams
