We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Analyst II to support our Transactional Legal Team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture. You will work closely with internal leadership and staff to assist in managing processes, maintain organization, and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
In this position, you will bring a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and be confident in being appropriately assertive when managing responsibilities, communicating expectations, and driving tasks to completion. You will partner with attorneys and leadership to help prioritize workloads, coordinate with opposing counsel and third parties, and identify opportunities to improve processes. The role requires a professional who can effectively filter relevant legal matters, manage complex calendars, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
