About the Leasing Associate Role
The Leasing Associate is the face of the PAC brand, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents. This role exists to drive occupancy and rent growth while ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression of quality and care. You will sell prospects and residents on the lifestyle of a PAC apartment home, transforming inquiries into long-term community members.
In this position, you will manage the full leasing lifecycle, from the first phone call or internet inquiry to the final lease signing. Your day involves building rapport, qualifying prospects, and conducting property tours that highlight the amenities and local community. You will ensure the property is always presentation-ready, performing visual inspections of common areas, model units, and vacant apartments to maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
Beyond leasing, you will act as a problem solver for current residents, handling requests and complaints with a calm, open, and professional demeanor. Whether you are processing paperwork, managing move-ins and move-outs, or utilizing sales tools to close deals, your goal is to maximize revenue and cash flow while fostering a supportive environment. You will also engage in light bookkeeping and administrative tasks, ensuring all data is accurate and timely.

Requirements
