About the Role

As a Senior Technical Engagement Leader in our Technology Consulting organization, you will serve as a bridge between client needs and technical execution. This role exists to ensure that complex healthcare solutions are scoped accurately, delivered successfully, and aligned with client workflows. You will consult with clients to provide project oversight, direction, and expertise, driving client-specific solution configuration design to meet specific workflow requirements.

In this position, you will lead client meetings, mitigate solution risks, and execute strategies that improve healthcare delivery. You will partner closely with sales teams during the scoping process, clarifying requirements and defining solution deliverables to align expectations, budgets, and contract terms. By participating in client presentations and demonstrating technical value, you will help ensure that proposed solutions are scoped in a way that guarantees delivery success. Your work will directly impact the quality, timeliness, and budget adherence of customer engagements.
