As a Lead Store Manager for the Midwest District at L'Occitane, you will serve in a hybrid leadership role that bridges the gap between day-to-day execution and district-level strategy. Your primary responsibility is overseeing the performance, operations, and overall success of your home boutique, while simultaneously extending your impact by supporting 3-5 additional locations across the district.
In this capacity, you act as a vital link between the boutique floor and the broader business priorities. Partnering closely with your District Manager, you will provide guidance, consistency, and connection to fellow Store Managers. You will bring the L'Occitane vision to life through thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to guest and team experience. Your day-to-day involves fostering a warm, inviting atmosphere that resonates with our brand values, ensuring every guest receives personalized beauty consultations with a calm and empathetic approach.
