Within this environment, the ServiceNow AI team serves as a key technical authority, driving the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions across our enterprise ServiceNow environment. We focus on delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions that leverage deep platform expertise and AI-driven automation.
As a Lead Software Engineer, ServiceNow, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager and act as a hands-on technical leader. This role exists to evolve our enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions with a specific focus on Now Assist and Agentic AI implementation. You will combine deep platform expertise with integration architecture to define and govern AI skill configurations, virtual agent flows, and agentic workflows that enable autonomous or semi-autonomous task execution.
In this position, you will own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture related to Platform, ITSM, and HRSD capabilities. You will work closely with product management teams to ensure the delivery of the best user experiences, while also acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders and enterprise architects. Your work will influence roadmap planning, platform strategy, and prioritization decisions, ensuring that AI initiatives meaningfully reduce manual effort and improve service outcomes across the organization.
