As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive the design, development, and improvement of tools, processes, and software for clinical and internal users. You'll work hands-on with C#, WPF, and .NET to create user-facing applications for our medical devices. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in technical leadership, team development, and process improvement, ensuring our solutions meet the rigorous demands of safety-critical, regulated environments.
