The Lead Project & Program Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Product Management team, overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our SaaS products. This role exists to drive efficiency, standardize business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that bring new product lines to market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, and Marketing—to orchestrate product launches, manage the product portfolio, and align operational execution with our broader product vision.
In this position, you will define the playbook for product operations, from planning and enablement to adoption and reporting. You will partner with nearly every department to improve our product suite, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and ensuring clean data flows into our systems of record. The role requires a deep understanding of SaaS operations and the ability to translate user and market insights into actionable product requirements.
To maintain a fair and genuine hiring process, we ask that all candidates participate in interviews without the assistance of AI tools or external prompts. Our process is designed to assess your individual skills, experiences, and communication style, ensuring we get to know you—not a digital assistant. To help maintain this integrity, we ask that you remove virtual backgrounds and be prepared for in-person interviews. Please note that the use of AI-generated responses or third-party support during interviews will be grounds for disqualification.
