About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Physician-Primary Care based in Cincinnati, Ohio, to join a healthcare organization dedicated to providing value-based care for medically complex and socially vulnerable populations. This role is designed to break the cycle of "emergency room-centric" care by delivering comprehensive, team-based medical services.\n The Lead Physician serves a dual function as both a direct care provider and a clinical leader. Approximately 70–80% of your time will be dedicated to providing high-quality primary care to a dedicated panel of members, managing chronic diseases, acute conditions, and preventative needs. The remaining time is focused on clinical leadership, mentoring an interdisciplinary "pod" of healthcare professionals, and shaping operational strategy. You will work closely with the Medical Director to refine workflows and represent the organization in relationships with community partners, hospitals, and payers.

Requirements
