About the Opportunity
The Lead Fiduciary Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in executing, overseeing, and continuously improving compliance programs within Wealth Management. This position serves as a strategic partner to Compliance Officers and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency across functions.
In this role, you will act as a vital liaison between compliance and business teams. Your work will focus on identifying process improvements, driving consistency in execution, and supporting business initiatives within a controlled and compliant environment. You will contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and governance frameworks while monitoring compliance activities to support risk assessments and testing efforts.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree or equivalent
- verified7 years of experience in banking, wealth management, compliance, or risk management
- verified5-7 years of experience supporting compliance programs, regulatory requirements, or operational risk activities
- verifiedExposure to compliance testing, monitoring, reporting, or policy implementation
- verifiedExperience in Wealth Management or Trust & Fiduciary compliance
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Experience in Wealth Management or Trust & Fiduciary compliance. Familiarity with compliance risk management systems or frameworks. Relevant certification (e.g., CRCM) or progress toward certification. Experience supporting regulatory exams or audits.
