About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative at our Mount Pleasant, South Carolina location, you will serve as the face of our store while gaining valuable entry-level management experience. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to be challenged. You will not only greet customers, operate the register, and make purchase suggestions but also lead shifts on a regular basis. Your day will involve working across various areas of the store to ensure smooth operations, from cashiering and food program support to maintaining store standards. You will interact with customers daily, working alongside a dynamic team to accomplish daily goals while offering quick, friendly service.
