About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to run high-impact projects within a collaborative, team-first environment. You will lead on-site construction operations from start through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position involves managing subcontractors, daily schedules, and site logistics while overseeing critical documentation such as daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and inspections. You will drive quality control, enforce safety programs, and mentor field staff, all while coordinating closely with Project Managers to support the planning and execution of construction activities.
