About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to join our team in the Washington, DC area. This role is designed for a high-energy, outgoing professional who thrives in the residential hospitality field. You will be the face of the community, responsible for delivering excellent member service and maintaining strong professional relationships with residents and guests.
As the front desk anchor, you will manage daily operations with efficiency and a sincere interest in problem-solving. Your day will involve handling multiple functions simultaneously, from maintaining logs and producing signage to utilizing local knowledge to assist residents with information on attractions, restaurants, and transportation. Success in this role requires a neat, professional appearance and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public.
Hiring Process
A detailed scope-of-work will be discussed during the interview process. Selected candidates will be required to successfully complete a background investigation and reference check upon hire.
