About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified Concierge to support luxury communities in the Washington, DC area. This role is designed for a high-energy, outgoing professional with a sincere interest in problem-solving and a passion for residential hospitality. The ideal candidate will serve as the face of the community, responsible for providing exceptional member service and maintaining strong professional relationships with residents and the general public.
In this position, you will run the front desk efficiently, acting as a knowledgeable local expert regarding area attractions, restaurants, and transportation services. The role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of handling multiple functions simultaneously while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Success in this role hinges on your ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and your commitment to punctuality and attendance.
