About the Role

As a Lead Certified Veterinary Technician, you will serve as a vital bridge between our technical team and our operational goals. This role is designed for skilled technicians ready to take the next step in their career and grow as a leader within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

In this position, you will provide guidance and oversight to our team of Veterinary Technicians and Veterinary Assistants while continuing to perform hands-on technical duties. You will be instrumental in delegating tasks to ensure efficient workflow, monitoring daily operations to maintain safety and medical standards, and providing the training and mentorship necessary to help your colleagues grow and succeed.
